Her professional practice includes all aspects of Business/Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Alternative Dispute Resolution -Arbitration and Mediation-.

Silvia Sigüenza has held important positions such as Manager of the Arbitration and Mediation Center at the Chamber of Commerce in Guatemala and Manager of CENAC Foundation -Center for Arbitration and Mediation-. She is currently an Associate of the Law Firm ROSENBERG-MARZANO, MARROQUIN-PEMUELLER & ASOCIADOS, S.C.

She is member of the Bar Association of Guatemala; and she is fluent in both, Spanish and English.

Pedro Pablo Marroquín has focused his practice in areas such as Business/Commercial, Civil, Corporative, Labor, Constitutional, and Tax Law.

He has earned professional experience as an Associate of the Law Firm ROSENBERG-MARZANO, MARROQUIN-PEMUELLER & ASOCIADOS, S.C. He is member of the Bar Association of Guatemala. And, he is also General Manager of the weekly newspaper “La Voz del Migrante”.

In addition to his mother tongue, Spanish, he also speaks fluent English.
