Maria Mercedes de Pemueller has over 12 years of experience as a Lawyer. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Business/Commercial, Corporate, International, Trademark and Procedural Law.

She worked as an Agent’s Assistant for the Public Prosecutors’ Office of Guatemala. She also worked for the Law Firm Quezada Toruño & Asociados. Additionally, she was Assistant Professor of Commercial Law I and II at Law School in Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala.

She is member of the Bar Association of Guatemala; and perfectly speaks both, Spanish and English.

He earned his first Master Degree on International Law and Comparative Law from University of Cambridge, UK. He has a second Master Degree on Commercial Law and International Law from Harvard University, USA.

Since 1987, Rodrigo Rosenberg has been Founding Partner of the Law Firm ROSENBERG-MARZANO, MARROQUIN-PEMUELLER & ASOCIADOS, S.C.

He has over 21 years of experience as a Lawyer. His practice focuses on Business/Commercial, Corporative, International, Trademark, Constitutional, Tax, and Procedural Law.

He was part of the legal staff of the Law Firm Rodríguez Mahuad & Asociados. Then, he was appointed Vice-Dean of the Law School at Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala. Also, he was President of the Board of Directors of CENAC Foundation -Center for Arbitration and Mediation-.

He is member of the Bar Association of Guatemala, and perfectly speaks both, Spanish and English.
